Job Description

KENAFF is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDS Intern to support the department in promoting and following up on an insurance product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers regarding the insurance product.
  • Provide customer service and respond to customer enquiries.
  • Support product promotion and customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer follow-ups and feedback.
  • Assist the BDS team with other business development activities as assigned.

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, Commerce or a related field is encouraged.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, confident and proactive.
  • Ability to follow up consistently and work towards set targets.
  • Basic computer skills.
