Job Summary

The Tatu Experience Centre Executive is the first point of contact for visitors exploring investment and lifestyle opportunities at Tatu City. This role is responsible for creating a warm, professional, and memorable client experience that reflects the premium brand of Tatu City. 

Acting as a host and brand ambassador, the TEC Executive will welcome, engage, and nurture prospective clients before seamlessly transitioning them to the Sales team. The role combines front-office reception, client experience management, and light sales support, ensuring every visitor leaves with a positive and lasting impression. 

Key Duties & Responsibiliies

Client Experience & Engagement 

  • Welcome and receive all walk-in and scheduled visitors to the Tatu Experience Centre warmly and professionally. 
  • Create a premium, personalized experience for each client, understanding their interests and investment needs, including an overview of Tatu City, its developments, and available property opportunities. 
  • Ensure smooth coordination of client appointments, site visits, and meetings with Sales Executives. 

Brand Hosting & Centre Management 

  • Serve as the face and brand ambassador of Tatu City at the Experience Centre. 
  • Prepare and serve refreshments to clients, including Tatu Coffee as the Centre’s signature offering (training will be provided). 
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and presentable environment at all times. 
  • Manage reception functions including visitor registration, call handling, and email inquiries. 
  • Ensure all client materials (brochures, presentations, property packs) are up to date and well displayed. 
  • Monitor the functionality and condition of all Tatu Experience Centre equipment and facilities (e.g., screens, lighting, air conditioning, audio-visual equipment) and promptly report, escalate, and follow up on any technical or maintenance issues to the relevant teams. 

  Sales & Marketing Support 

  • Capture and update visitor data accurately in CRM or lead management systems. 
  • Support Marketing & Communications with event preparation and hosting at the Experience Centre. 
  • Provide insights and feedback on client trends, questions, and preferences. 
  • Assist in managing client traffic during campaigns, launches, and special events. 

Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a client-facing role such as showroom executive, front office, hospitality, customer experience, or sales support. 
  • Experience in real estate, automotive, hospitality, retail showrooms, or premium service environments. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.
