Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Mixologist to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails, delivering memorable guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service. This role requires creativity, product knowledge, and a strong commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails to hotel guests.
  • Create innovative cocktail recipes that align with the hotel’s brand and guest experience.
  • Ensure consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and quality.
  • Engage with guests at the bar, providing recommendations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to develop seasonal beverage menus and promotions.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and cocktail trends.
  • Support bar operations during busy service periods.

Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Bartending.
  • Professional mixology or bartending certification is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end bar, restaurant, or hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail preparation techniques, and beverage pairing.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity and passion for beverage innovation.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
