Progressive Credit is seeking a qualified and results-driven professional to fill the position of Debt Recovery Officer.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances, and maintaining strong client relationships while upholding high ethical standards.
Minimum Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Credit Management, or a related field
- Professional Credit or Debt Recovery qualification will be an added advantage
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with practical exposure and a proven track record in debt collections
- High level of professionalism and integrity
