Job Summary
TRIANUM is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will support daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and food safety standards across our hospitality portfolio.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present main meals, snacks, baked items, and desserts in line with menu specifications and section standards.
- Independently bake, roast, broil, steam, grill, and sauté meats, fish, vegetables, and other food items.
- Prepare raw ingredients including washing, peeling, cutting, trimming, and portioning meats, fruits, and vegetables.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in all food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Adhere strictly to food safety procedures, HACCP guidelines, and company hygiene policies.
- Ensure correct use of kitchen uniforms and protective clothing at all times.
- Support menu execution during high-volume service periods.
- Implement required corrective actions and maintain relevant documentation where necessary.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by senior kitchen management.
Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related qualification, or relevant professional kitchen experience.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proven ability to follow standard recipes and maintain portion control.
