Job Summary

The Process Compliance Auditor will be responsible for evaluating business processes to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The role focuses on conducting process audits, identifying compliance gaps, recommending improvements, and ensuring operational efficiency and risk mitigation. This position requires strong auditing skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of compliance and operational frameworks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • To perform departmental audits to streamline processes.
  • To lead Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects.
  • To develop training modules based on audit findings.
  • To renew licenses and update existing policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • Process mapping and workflow analysis
  • Lean Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt minimum)
  • Operational inefficiency identification and gap analysis.
  • Training design and process documentation development.
  • 3+ years’ experience in operations and process improvement.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
  • Experience within security or related regulated environments.
