Job Summary

The Compliance & Standards Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that organizational operations comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. The role focuses on monitoring compliance programs, reviewing procedures, supporting audits, and promoting adherence to legal, regulatory, and operational standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk management practices.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive ISO standards certification and compliance across streams (Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania)
  • To ensure regulatory adherence.
  • To support niche positioning vs. competitors though social media like linked inn and other applications.

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • ISO auditing fundamentals (ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
  • Compliance framework implementation and monitoring.
  • Regulatory compliance assessment and gap analysis.
  • 3+ years’ experience in compliance and quality management.
  • ISO basic auditing certification (ISO 27001 / ISO 9001).
  • Knowledge of East African security regulations
