Job Summary
LifeCare Hospitals is seeking a qualified and experienced Laboratory Manager to lead laboratory operations, uphold quality standards, and manage a high-performing laboratory team.
Minimum Qualifications Required
- Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences
- Registered with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB)
- Minimum of 5 years laboratory experience (management experience is an added advantage)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and quality assurance skills
