Job Summary
As TRIANUM continues to expand its portfolio of hotel apartments and hospitality experiences, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to support corporate, long-stay, and short-stay business across our properties.
This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering commercial growth.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive corporate, long-stay, and short-stay sales across TRIANUM properties.
- Source, develop, and close new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed business.
- Work closely with reservations and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.
- Manage and strengthen existing client relationships to increase repeat and long-term business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets in line with company objectives.
Minimum Qualifications Required
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in hospitality sales.
- Strong understanding of corporate, long-stay, and serviced apartment market segments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
