Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Lead – Immersion & Learning Programs will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote immersion, training, and learning programs. The role focuses on driving awareness, engagement, and enrollment through data-driven digital campaigns across multiple channels. This position is ideal for a strategic and hands-on digital marketing professional with experience in education, training, or program-based marketing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and manage multi-channel digital campaigns for recruitment
  • Develop content and storytelling strategies aligned with program goals
  • Own paid and organic performance across search, social, and email
  • Optimize program landing pages and inquiry journeys
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into action
  • Manage CRM workflows and lead nurturing journeys
  • Collaborate with program managers, educators, alumni, and partners
  • Mentor junior marketing staff or interns
  • Ensure ethical, inclusive, and accurate representation of programs

Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required

  • 3–5 years experience in digital marketing or communications
  • Proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong copywriting and content strategy skills
  • Experience with analytics, reporting, and optimization
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Experience in education, travel, nonprofit, or purpose-driven sectors
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
  • Sensitivity to cultural, ethical, and safety considerations
