Job Summary
Is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and increasing footfall at the clinics. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth in a competitive healthcare environment.
Educational Qualifications, Experience, & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/sales & marketing, or related field.
- At least three (3) years’ working experience in a similar role.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the healthcare industry; Hospitals, Pharmaceutical, and Insurance an added advantage drive revenue growth in a competitive healthcare environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales or expansion targets.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, products, and services
- Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
